Through fluent communication, we are able to connect companies and workers smoothly because we have Japanese and long-term foreign employees who have good knowledge of Japanese culture. In accordance with the needs of companies, we are able to introduce specified skilled workers and engineers etc. from inside and outside Japan through Job Introduction Service by cooperating with our overseas agencies.
Our company has registered as a Registration Support organization also. With the consignment of Accepting Organization we provide pre-entry guidance, pick up after entry, livelihood support, interpretation, regular interviews, Japanese learning, procedures for administrative organizations, job changing consultation, and complaint handling. In addition, we provide regular health checkup, stress check, health management guidance, and safe driving instruction course to our temporary staffs, regular employees and part time staffs.
